BEAN & BACON SLAW 
1 c. kidney beans, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped parsley (or flakes)
1/3 c. chopped onion
4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise (may use more)

Combine vegetables and bacon. Add salt and pepper. Stir vinegar into mayonnaise; pour over salad. Toss lightly. Chill.
