MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 slices bread, soaked & crumbled in 1 c. milk
1 c. milk
1 egg
Salt, pepper, onions or onion salt, crushed onion flakes

Mix the above ingredients well, form into balls and roll in flour.

GRAVY:

1 c. chicken broth
2 c. beef bouillon (either use a can of consomme or beef bouillon cubes)
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Bring to a boil, drop the meat balls into boiling gravy and simmer for 2 hours or more. Stir occasionally. Can also bake in oven for 2 hours.
