CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. chicken, cooked and picked off bone or 3 cans chicken
6 slices bread, cubed
1/4 lb. butter, melted and poured over bread in lg. bowl
2 eggs, beaten
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Add chicken and mix all together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle 1 can French fried onions over top the last 15 minutes.
