APRICOT BARS 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
3/4 c. butter, melted
16 oz. jar apricot jam

Mix flour, baking powder, brown sugar and oats. Combine with melted butter. Pat 2/3 of mix into 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 inch baking pan. Spread with jam. Cover with remaining crumb mix. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes. Cool. Cut in bars. Makes 3 1/2 or more dozen.
