APRICOT CRUMB BARS 
1 white cake mix, dry
1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
21 oz. can apricot pie filling

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. For base, combine in large bowl the dry cake mix, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and soft butter. Reserve 1 cup. To remaining crumbs, add 1 egg; mix. Press in pan. Bake 12 to 17 minutes at 350 degrees. For topping, spoon pie filling over crust.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. soft butter

In same bowl used for base, combine all ingredients and reserved crumbs. Beat at low speed until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more. Cool, cut. Tip: I have used the other flavors of filling; turns out great!
