24 HOUR GREEN SALAD 
1 head lettuce, cut up
1 lg. Bermuda onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumble
1/2 head cauliflower, broken into bite size pieces
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the night before. In a large bowl place in layers the first 6 ingredients. Drop mayonnaise by spoonfuls over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, add salt and pepper over the top. Toss before serving.
