HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
6 oz. smoked Edam cheese
6 oz. Colby cheese
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
Dash of garlic salt
Milk - Sm. amount to aid in mixing
1/2 - 1 c. chopped pecans

Put Edam and Colby cheeses through grinder/processor. Mix all ingredients with mixer. Shape into ball or roll. Roll in mixture of equal amounts of chili powder and paprika. Chill and slice to serve. Serve with snack crackers.
