FRANKFURTERS AND CORN 
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. potatoes, diced
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
1 pkg. All-Meat Franks, cut in 1" slices
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat oil in skillet and saute potatoes slowly until golden brown and tender. Add onion and franks, cook and stir over medium heat until franks are browned on edges and onion is tender. Stir in corn and chili powder; heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
