BLUEBERRY TORTE 
6 eggs (whites)
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. broken saltine crackers
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Cool Whip (lite)
1 can blueberries that are already prepared (I use Thank You blueberry pie filling)

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Fold in crackers and nuts. Bake in well greased 9"x12" pan or glass baking dish at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. When cool, spread over top the Cool Whip then the blueberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Will keep up to a week in refrigerator.
