1/2 lb. mild pork sausage
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)

Cook sausage and onion; drain. Combine all ingredients. Mix well and pour into pastry shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with paprika.
