BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. plain yogurt

Cream butter and sugar. Add the egg. Add the spices and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients alternately with milk and yogurt. Do not overbeat. Carefully fold in the blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
