ORANGE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. orange rind
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. unpeeled, grated zucchini

Mix all ingredients together well. Put into a 10 inch tube pan (angel food cake pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool, remove from pan. Glaze if desired. Serves 12.
