CHAMPAGNE SHERBET PUNCH 
3 c. pineapple juice, chilled
1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
1 qt. pineapple sherbet
1 (750 ml) bottle champagne, chilled

In punch bowl, combine pineapple juice and lemon juice concentrate. Just before serving scoop sherbet into punch bowl; add champagne and stir gently. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
