1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well. Add mashed bananas, flour, baking soda, vanilla and nuts. Grease and flour 1 large loaf pan. Pour dough into pan, bake for 1 hour or until brown at 300 degrees.

Yields: 1 large loaf.
