Instant mashed potatoes, enough for 8 servings
2 2/3 c. water
2/3 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter (1/2 stick)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shredded American cheese

Prepare the mashed potatoes as directed on package for 8 servings. Stir 1/4 cup shredded cheese into the hot mashed potatoes.
