GREEN PEPPER CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw Minute Rice
2 tbsp. butter
3 peppers, cut in strips
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. boiling water
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 clove garlic
15 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded

Cook rice in butter in frying pan until lightly toasted, stir often. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Arrange pepper on top. Dissolve cubes in water and pour over. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cook all ingredients up to garlic in same frying pan until meat is browned. Add tomato sauce, etc. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over other mixture. Continue baking 15 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle cheese. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
