LEMON BREAD 
3/4 c. corn oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 grated lemon rind
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees in a greased and floured loaf pan for 50 minutes. Pour glaze over bread while warm.

GLAZE:

Juice of 1 lemon and 1/2 cup of sugar, mixed together. Heat mixture until boiling. Pour over bread.

May make Orange Bread with same recipe using orange peeling and concentrated orange juice.
