3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
Clove of garlic
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. Romano parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix all together. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
