NO FAIL CARAMEL ICING 
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. canned or whole milk
1 stick butter

Cook together at a rolling boil for 2 minutes. Set aside for 30 minutes. Then add 2 cups of confectioners sugar (add a little more milk if too thick or more confectioners sugar if too thin). Stir until smooth. Apply to cooled cake.
