1 stick butter
4 tbsp. buttermilk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. cocoa

Bring butter, cocoa, milk to scald in double boiler. Sift powdered sugar. Add and beat until smooth. Add vanilla; spread on cake.
