CHERRY FUDGE CAKE 
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
3 eggs
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate cake mix

Combine above and mix until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.

Conventional Oven: Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool. Serve with chocolate topping.

Microwave: Divide batter into two 9 inch (1 1/2 quart) round layer dishes or two 8 x 8 inch dishes. Microwave one cake at a time on 50% (medium power) for 6 minutes, then on high 3 to 5 minutes, turning every 3 minutes. Cool. Serve with chocolate topping.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk

Boil one minute, remove from heat, and add 1 cup chocolate chips or butterscotch chips. Beat until right consistency and spread on cake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
