BANANA SALAD 
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits
3 or 4 lg. bananas
Nuts, optional
1/4 c. celery or more
Marshmallows as many as you like

DRESSING:

1 egg
2 or 3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix the sugar and cornstarch with a small amount of pineapple juice. Add well beaten egg. Add remaining pineapple juice and cook until thick. Save little of the juice in case dressing gets too thick. Cook over a very low flame and stir constantly. Makes a large salad.
