RICE AND TUNA SALAD 
3 c. cooked rice
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine rice, tuna, carrot, celery and onion. Toss lightly and chill. Combine mayonnaise, curry, lemon juice and salt. Mix until well blended and chill. To serve, toss dressing mixture with tuna mixture.
