FISH CAKES 
1/2 deboned cod fish
3 boiled, crushed potatoes
1 egg
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash of black pepper
1 finely chopped onion
1 dash of garlic powder

Boil cod fish twice to remove excess salt. Crush fish and mix with all other ingredients above, make into the shape of a small egg and roll in bread crumbs and fry in 1 inch of oil until golden brown on both sides.
