COCONUT DREAM BARS 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Cream butter and sugar and add flour. Press in 9" layer pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. grated raw coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. flour

Blend sugar and eggs, add vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Add nuts and coconut. Spread over first baked layer and return to 325 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm.
