GLAZED HAM BALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground ham
3 lbs. ground pork
3 c. uncooked rolled oats
5 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk

SAUCE:

1/2 lb. or 1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
3/4 tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. fruit juice
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 c. dark corn syrup

Pineapple, apricot or peach juice.

Combine ham, pork, oats, eggs and milk. Mix until blended. Chill. Shape into balls (use ice cream scoop). Arrange in shallow pans. Bake in slow oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Drain off drippings. Combine sauce ingredients and cook on top of stove until slightly thickened. Pour over ham balls and continue baking for 15 minutes. Makes 25 servings. Approximately 50 balls.
