CONFETTI COLESLAW PARFAIT 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/3 c. raisins
1 tbsp. vinegar
4 c. crushed ice or 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery

Dissolve Jello in water on low heat. Blend in ice (or water) and add vinegar until ice melts. Add Miracle Whip, blend until smooth. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cabbage, carrots and celery. Pour into 1 quart mold. Chill until firm.
