COLESLAW PARFAIT 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage (fine)
1/2 c. radish slices
1/2 c. diced celery
2 to 4 tbsp. diced green pepper
1 tbsp. diced onion

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Blend in mayonnaise, cold water, vinegar and salt. Chill mixture until partially set. Beat until fluffy. Add cabbage, radish slices, celery, green pepper and onion. Pour into 1 quart mold. Chill until set. Unmold and garnish as you wish. 6 to 8 servings.
