COLESLAW SOUFFLE SALAD 
1 c. hot water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. finely chopped cabbage
2 tbsp. minced green onion
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. celery seed

Pour hot water over Jello, stir until dissolved. Add cold water, vinegar, salt, mayonnaise. Beat well with hand mixer until well blended. Chill in refrigerator until firm around edge of bowl but still soft in center. Beat once more with hand mixer until fluffy. Fold in vegetables and celery seed. Pour into 1 quart mold or individual molds. Chill in refrigerator 45 minutes or until firm.
