STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
10 med. mushrooms, washed and stems removed
1 tbsp. dry white wine
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 clove garlic, minced
12-15 Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Monterey Jack cheese

Chop stems of mushrooms and add to ingredients. Mix all ingredients together except mushrooms and cheese. Stuff the mushrooms. Top each with some cheese. Broil for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
