STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 mushrooms with stems
1/2 c. chopped onion, chopped stems
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. bacon, crumbled
Garlic and black pepper to taste
1/2 c. red wine

Saute stems and onion until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Stuff this into mushrooms generously. Bake in dish with the 1/2 cup of red wine, 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 12.
