COUNTRY CHILI 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. (16 oz.) red kidney beans
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine beef and onions in 4 quart microproof casserole. Cook on high 8 to 10 minutes or just until beef loses its pink color, stirring once. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix. Cover and cook on 70, 35 to 45 minutes or until hot. stirring once. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. Cooking Time: 43 to 55 minutes.
