1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. can tomatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
1 sm. green pepper, finely diced
1 c. picante sauce

Saute onions, peppers and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes and picante, simmer for 15 minutes. Great with fish.
