CREME CELESTE WITH FRESH FRUIT 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. cold water
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. whipped cream
Fresh fruit

Sprinkle gelatin over water, let stand 1 minute.

Combine sugar and milk in saucepan, cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in gelatin and almond extract. Fold in sour cream and whipped cream.

Pour into oiled 6 1/2 cup ring mold. Chill 8 hours. Unmold onto serving dish and serve with fruit. Serves 12.
