GRANDMA LOIS' CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, boned
1 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick (4 oz.) butter, melted

Mix grated cheese and bread crumbs together in a bowl. Dip each chicken breast in melted butter then coat on both sides with bread crumb mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour left over butter over the top of the chicken breasts. Bake, uncovered for 1-1 1/2 hours (depending on thickness of breasts) in 350 degree oven.
