BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 lbs. stew meat or boneless chuck
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 tbsp. cooking burgundy wine
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Cook, covered at 275 degrees for 5 hours in a heavy Dutch oven. Serve on rice, cornbread, noodles or spaghetti.
