BEEF MEXICANA 
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1 can whole kernel corn (1 1/2 c.)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
Chili seasoning

Fry onion in hot oil until tender. Add beef, cook and stir until lightly browned. Stir in tomato sauce, corn and seasonings; simmer about 30 minutes.
