PICKLED RING BOLOGNA 
2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pickling spice
6 bay leaves

Mix together and boil. Put in large glass jar. Bologna ring may be cut or left whole. Let stand 3 days. Polish sausage may be used.
