1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. each salt and vanilla
1 c. cooked, mashed beets

Bake 30 minutes, 350 degrees. Nice with chocolate frosting.
