BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can Milnot
1/2 c. onions, chopped fine
1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. minute rice
1 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Simmer or saute onion and celery in butter until browned. Cook rice according to directions for 1 1/2 cups. After onions and celery are sauteed add broccoli in pan and put lid on. Cook over medium heat until broccoli is broken up and cooked. Add cooked broccoli, onions, celery and rice with milnot, soup and cheese in casserole dish 8 x 8 inches. Put a little extra cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
