PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. rice (uncooked)
1 med. onion, diced
3-4 bread slices, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Mix well first 7 ingredients. Shape into 24 meatballs about the size of a walnut. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Mix mushroom soup, water and Kitchen Bouquet and pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
