LEMON FILLING 
1 c. sugar
1/2 lemon with peel
1 egg
2 1/4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. butter

Cut the lemon into the glass container. Cover and at a low speed run until completely liquified. Add the butter, egg, sugar and flour. Continue mixing on high until well blended. Pour into a saucepan. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
