LEMON CHEESE FILLING 
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs (beaten)
Juice or 3 lemons

Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add sugar then slowly add the beaten eggs (stirring constantly). Add lemon juice. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Cool add spread your favorite cake layers. Enough for 3 layers. (I add 2 or 3 tablespoons of flour to sugar for thickening)
