CHEESE COFFEECAKE 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Lemon juice to taste
1 egg, separated
Slivered almonds
Powdered sugar

Spread 1 package of crescent rolls on bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and egg yolk. Layer ending with package of crescent rolls on top. Lightly beat egg white and spread over top. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and chill in refrigerator.
