BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. cut up celery
2 tbsp. pimiento
1 tbsp. onion juice
1 1/2 c. salad dressing
Salt to taste
3/4 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. grated American cheese

Mix all ingredients except chips and cheese. Place in a flat baking dish. Top with potato chips; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 5 or 6.
