NUTTY OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. biscuit mix
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Combine first 6 ingredients, mix well. Dip chicken in milk, coat with pecan mixture. Place in greased 9x13x2 inch baking pan, drizzle butter over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
