ITALIAN STUFFED BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 lb. salami, sliced
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced
1/2 lb. tomatoes, thinly sliced (2 or 3 med.)
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, thinly sliced
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced

Saute sliced green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Combine both thawed loaves into ball. Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick to form 12 x 18 inch rectangle. Cover dough with layer of salami. Then layer with Provolone, tomatoes, Mozzarella, green peppers and onions. Bring edges together lengthwise and pinch together. Secure with toothpicks, if necessary. Place on large cookie sheet. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
