ITALIAN STUFFED BREAD 
bread dough (buy or make)
1 egg
1 pkg. fresh (not frozen) spinach
10 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 lb. pepperoni

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Roll out dough in rectangle. Paint with egg (scramble it.) Lay spinach on egged dough. Place pepperoni; sprinkle with cheese. Roll into loaf. Place on cookie sheet. Paint top with melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 28 to 30 minutes.

You can substitute: Mix egg with mustard; use broccoli, ham and Provolone cheese.
