BROCCOLI-RICE-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 pkg. boil-in-bag rice (or 3/4 c. uncooked rice)
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz (mild Mexican flavor, if desired)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook broccoli and boil rice as directed. In casserole dish, combine other 3 ingredients. (Microwave Cheez Whiz to soften.) When broccoli and rice are cooked, drain and add to other ingredients already in the casserole dish. Mix all together. Since these are hot, it will melt the cheese and mix very well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
