SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
2 c. cubed meat
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch

SAUCE:

2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/3 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

1 clove garlic

CORNSTARCH MIXTURE:

1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix first four ingredients and fry in 2 cups oil until done. then drain. Make sauce. Brown 1 clove garlic in 1 tablespoon oil. Add sauce and bring to boil. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until thick and clear. Add 1 cup pineapple chunks and meat. Heat.
